<h3>Talks</h3>

<p>Listen and learn from the wisdom of Thich Nhat Hanh and other Plum Village meditation teachers. "Ask Thay" features hundreds of real-life questions posed to the Zen Master, such as "How can we let go of anger?" and "How can I stop worrying?" His compassionate answers are infused with insight.</p>

<p>Dharma Talks are teachings given by Thich Nhat Hanh and others on how to incorporate Buddhist wisdom and mindfulness into our lives. Rather than delving into theoretical concepts, these talks focus on direct and clear guidance to alleviate suffering and foster happiness in our day-to-day existence.</p>

<p>The Resources section contains a library of daily practices, chants, poems, and songs. These bring to life the practices taught in Plum Village monasteries worldwide and offer ways to integrate mindfulness into our lives wherever we may be.</p>

<h3>Bells of Mindfulness</h3>

<p>In Plum Village monasteries, bells of mindfulness chime at regular intervals. Everyone pauses their thinking or talking, takes three mindful breaths, and returns to the present moment. The Bell of Mindfulness feature allows us to have the same reminder on our phones.</p>

<p>The bell can be customized to chime at different time intervals, with settings including start time, end time, chime intervals, bell volume, and a daily repeating schedule. Regular use of the Bell of Mindfulness helps cultivate calmness and relaxation in our lives.</p>
